Billy Sims Barbecue is pleased to announce the opening of its newest location in Durant, OK on Wednesday, March 28. This is the 21st location for the Billy Sims Barbecue franchise and its one that Billy has been looking forward to for quit a while.

“I am really looking forward to the opening of our Durant restaurant,” Sims stated. “I have many friends in the area and I’m excited to be going back to visit with them at the new Billy Sims Barbecue.”

Billy Sims will be hosting meet and greet sessions at the new Durant location to celebrate its grand opening. Mr. Sims will be on-site all-day Friday, Saturday and Sunday March 30, 31 and April 1. He will be available for photographs and autographs.

Billy will also be bringing with him the Billy Sims Barbecue Ultimate Tailgate Tour. Housed in a custom built 48 ft show trailer, the Ultimate Tailgate Tour is a mobile memorabilia museum packed with game-day memorabilia from Billy’s playing days with the Sooners and Detroit Lions.
